The book briefly describes the current state of thermal technical diagnosis and non -destructive control of materials and large -sized products according to both domestic and foreign (mainly) publications. A number of new infrared contactless methods of express control of the quality of materials and products that do not require clipping and special preparation of samples from the material or product are examined in more detail.
The most developed methods of dynamic laser heating and infrared thermography are described (both well -known and included in the standards of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, as well as the latest, implemented using highly perceptive thermal imagers and original software).
Particular attention is paid to non-destructive express methods of determining thermophysical characteristics and diagnosis of the state of large-sized objects, which allows them to be used in industrial and field conditions.
A number of original results of measuring the temperature conductivity of a wide range of materials (plastics, composites, ceramic, monocrystals, transparent elements of power optics, metals and alloys), as well as the thermal non -destructive control of objects with model cracks, strata, defects of coatings in conditions of one -sided access To the object of control.
The book was written by a team of authors representing three organizations - Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, Tambov State University. G.R. Derzhavina and the Tambov State Technical University with experience and competencies in solid physics, material science and instrumentation.
The book will be interesting to developers, manufacturers, students studying in specialties: 03/03/01. Applied mathematics and physics, 04.04.02. Chemistry, physics and mechanics of materials, 12.04.03. Photonics and optical formatics, 04/13/01. Heat power and heat engineering, 04/14/01. Nuclear energy and thermophysics, 04/16/01. Technical physics, 04.22.02. Metallurgy.
The experimental part of the work and mathematical modeling of dynamic thermal processes were supported by the grant of the Russian Scientific Fund, project No. 15-19-00181, with the involvement of the equipment of the Center for Collective use and the nanocenter of the Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin
