Development of sawmill production in Russia

The history of the development of sawmill production of Russia from ax and Tes to the modern production of lumber is shown. The varietary -forming defects of wood and methods for determining the volume of wood entering the warehouse of raw materials of a sawmill enterprise are considered.
Sorting lines of warehouses of raw materials of woodworking enterprises are given. Skaren scanners with infrared emitters are shown single -plane, double -7ous, 3D laser scanners, x -ray scanners. The sorting lines of round timber produced by Russian enterprises using scanners are shown. A sawmill is considered using log scanning, and then a beam. The innovations are given when sawing the crowned logs, as well as curved logs. The logging uses angular round-saw machines and tape-pile horizontal machines using numerical control technologies. An example of the preparation of the optimization and calculation of the rational post when sawing logs on a horizontal banded -saw machine was considered. Scanners for lumber, trimming machines and sorting lines with lumber with optimization system are considered.
