The book discusses information technologies for the analysis, synthesis and design of transmitting devices designed to generate and form electromagnetic vibrations in mobile radio systems. The main attention is paid to the design of generators with external excitement (GVV), auto generators, power addition systems using the AWR Microwave Office (MWO) tool environment.
Models of bipolar and field transistors in the MWO environment are given. Methods of studying the effects of the parameters of the GVV scheme on the modes of its operation, assessing the optimal resistance of the load and resistance of the source of excitement, optimizing coordination circuits, which, as a result, made it possible to create a methodology for designing high -frequency and ultra -frequency GVVs on bipolar and field transistors.
Methods for the formation and stabilization of the frequency grid in the pathogens of transmitters, modulation methods when transmitting digital data and analogue information signal. Information technologies for designing auto generators are considered. Schemes of frequency synthesizers, modulators in mobile communication devices are given. The features of the construction of structural schemes of transmitters of analog and digital mobile systems transmitters are shown. The interaction of radio-frequency and information blocks of acceptors has been considered.
