The work is devoted to the design of piezoelectric sensors using modern methods of mathematical modeling. The criteria, algorithms and procedures for a rational and targeted choice of the design of the sensor, materials and sizes of parts using universal relative to the geometry of the product and methods for applying the load of numerical spatial electrotherm -power models are described. This allows you to improve the technical characteristics of piezoelectric sensors due to the reasonable choice of compromise between the information content and the reliability of the product in the alleged operating conditions.
The effectiveness of the proposed methods is confirmed by the development of a series of piezoelectric sensors with unique properties that have been widely used in vortex and ult-lobe flowers of liquid, gas and steam for industrial automation systems that have been widely used in industry.
