The book suggests models of natural gas transportation through sea pipelines in the northern seas, taking into account the specifics of the Arctic shelf and the freezing of salted sea water. Solutions of many practical problems are presented, including the problems of glaciation of the pipeline. Original numerical methods for solving the two -phase and single -phase tasks of Stefan are given and their effectiveness is demonstrated when calculating the glaciation and thawing of the surface of the sea pipelines. A detailed description of all proposed methods and algorithms is presented, which can be used in calculating the transportation of raw materials by real pipelines without accessing commercial packages.
