An analysis of industrial danger in the operation of trunk pipelines is presented. The effect of cyclic loads on the stress-deformed state and fatigue of the material has been investigated. Using a package of ANSYS programs, corrosion damage to the near-stage pipeline zone is simulated and its maximum value for the safe operation of the pipeline is determined by the criterion of the stress-deformed state and the strength of the pipe steel strength.
