Organic products intended for various use are finite. For the existence of mankind, it is absolutely necessary as a source of food for people and animals. Along with other possibilities of use as raw materials for industry and small industries, organic products today in many regions of the Earth are a direct source of energy for heating and cooking. It is as a result of the final amount of organic products that one must strive for the most effective use of it, which simultaneously eliminates the competition of different methods of use. With the development of technology, it became possible to use organic products as a raw material for enzymatic production of biogas.
