The book discusses issues related to learning robotics in schools, on the example of using the designer of Lego® Mindstorms® EV3 in the tasks of training schoolchildren for competitions such as mechanical Sumo, Kegelriting, Labyrinth and following along the line. In the first chapter, the reader gets acquainted with the designer and with the media programming. The second chapter is devoted to the basics of the construction of robots. The third chapter discloses issues related to the management of robots. The fourth chapter examines the Kegelring competition. The fifth chapter introduces the reader to the algorithms of the robot movement in the Labyrinth. In the sixth chapter, using the example of a bardic robot, the main provisions of the theory of automatic control are highlighted. In the seventh chapter, a robot is built and programmed to move along the black line using various regulators. The eighth chapter is devoted to robots that can navigate the premises. In the ninth chapter, complex tasks are solved, which require all experience gained after reading this book. The textbook may be useful for bachelors studying in the areas of training “Mechatronics and Robotics”, “Management in Technical Systems”.
