The training manual examines the role of containers and packaging in the preservation of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of goods, types of containers, its main functions, requirements for containers and packaging materials, methods of packaging and disposal of the used packaging, described containers and materials used for packaging fish and fish products. The basics of storage and transportation of goods are set out: approaches to the selection of conditions and storage conditions, rules for placing goods in stock, storage methods. Particular attention is paid to the features of the storage and transportation of fish and fish products.
