In this work, based on the continuant method, a method of transformation functions has been developed, very effective for the analysis and synthesis of zeros structures. Gulin formulas were obtained by A.I., allowing to record the function of transformation (the reverse value of the transmission coefficient), the frequency of quasi -resonance multi -native circuits immediately by type of structure, without solving bulky systems of equations. Calculation algorithms are presented, easy for programming, and interfaces for the research and calculation of the necessary parameters and characteristics of chain structures. Original methods of designing chain structures have been developed with the required error in the output characteristics and modeling with the necessary error in a given frequency range. A new class of intellectual converters and measuring devices is presented both electrical and non -electrical physical values: gas consumption, temperature, fluid level, mass, deformation based on chain three -pole structures.
