The monograph examines the criminal law and criminological aspects of the development, production and use of robots, determines the place of unmanned vehicles, lethal autonomous weapons and autonomous robots in the system of criminal law relations. Particular attention in the work is paid to the construction of a model of the state’s criminal law reaction to the potential possibility of harm to public relations, values and interests in the process of functioning of autonomous robots.
