Artificial Intelligence in Economy, Politics, and Private Life: Experience of Systemic Diagnosis

The new monograph by Professor V. N. Lexin presents the results of a study of the phenomenally rapid formation of artificial intelligence (hereinafter - AI) as the subject of a large economy, great policy and an increasingly significant component of private life.
Various approaches to determining the essence of AI are critically evaluated, political, humanitarian and economic reasons for its entry into the Center for public attention are substantiated, and the facts of stimulating the development of AI in the conditions of the synthesis of the consumer society and the information society are analyzed. The specifics of the development market is revealed, the main suppliers of the development of AI are characterized, and data on the shares of companies implementing the development of AI are summarized, the mechanisms of state stimulation of applied development of AI and the creation of alliance and consorties of the largest corporations to accelerate such developments are considered. The results of a study of the goals, incentive reasons and the specifics of the adoption of national strategies for supporting the development of AI in the largest states of the world: Russia, the USA, China and India. The consequences of the influence of AI and “smart robots” on the labor market, real and real fears of the coexistence of man and AI, as well as attempts to his ethical regulations are analyzed.
