The collection includes two works dedicated to the famous Soviet aircraft designer Alexander Sergeyevich Yakovlev (1906-1989) He personally and under his leadership created over 200 aircraft: from light aircraft to passenger airliners, from the best fighters of the war to unique aircraft of vertical take -off and landing, from planners to drones. This tradition is continued by the OKB named after A.S. Yakovlev and this day.

Talking about all the significant, implemented projects of the OKB Yakovlev, the author, which is both the art designer of the book at the same time, tried to illustrate both his work and the historical story as much as possible, so that the reader plunges as much as possible to that political and creative environment and understands what the heaps are aircraft Yakovlev and what the people who are talking about in the book looked
