The book sets out the results of studies in the field of waving movers whose analogues are natural objects - aerobiones (birds and insects with fast -growing wings), as well as hydrobionts (cetaceans, fish, penguins and puff beetles) The principles of action and theoretical foundations of the oily movers of natural analogues are considered. The existing mechanical models of devices with oar movers have been developed. A calculated scheme has been created, a calculation of the thrust and power of a fast -humusive movers was carried out. Technical forms of unmanned aerial and underwater devices, as well as ships with wave propulsors, have been developed.
