The practical guide was prepared at the Department of Civil Procedure of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev. It was developed based on the current Russian legislation, as well as the practices of the units of the Federal Bailiffs Service and judicial practice, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. The practical guide covers the main topics of the course "Enforcement Proceedings" and includes topics of both the general part dedicated to the concept of enforcement proceedings, subjects, enforcement documents, and the special part reflecting the specifics of passing individual stages of enforcement proceedings, execution of specific types of enforcement documents, etc. Each topic includes issues discussed, a list of judicial practice, special literature, tasks for solving, questions for discussions and colloquiums.
For teachers, graduate students, and students of law universities and faculties studying enforcement proceedings as a separate academic discipline, as well as within the framework of civil and arbitration procedure courses.
