To answer the question about the past and future of Russia not based on abstract philosophical reasoning, but based on its physical and mental energy manifestations, because energy is movement, work, life.
It is shown that the settlement of Russian land occurred with the help of holographic energy streams from space (from the constellation Ursa Major) through Northern Hyperborea, and from there - spreading through energy meridians - to the south up to the 55th latitude, where acupuncture points of Eurasia are located at a distance of 30 degrees from each other. Here, the mixing of northern peoples with the streams of Lemurian and African races took place, and various prehistoric civilizations were formed.
Based on the author's use of historical fractal waves of Elliott-Gumilev, three historical stages of the formation and development of Russian statehood are shown: the first stage - the gathering of Russian lands, starting from the "axial time" - the beginning of a new era and until the end of the rule of the Rurik dynasty, the second stage - the imperial cycle - from Peter the Great, who proclaimed Russia an empire, to 2061 - the time of the state's transition to a centric structure, the third stage - from the middle of the 21st century - the transformation of Russia into a Eurasian civilization as a bridge between the Earth and space. The similarity of the trajectory of historical population migration in Eurasia and energy infrastructure communications on the continent is shown.
Based on the energy similarity of 12-year, 36-year, and 72-year cycles of solar activity, their historical connection with the most important events of world and national history is shown - the periodicity of political, economic, and military events and waves of cosmic energy. It is shown that the historical fate of Russia is not to be a crossroads between the East and Asia, but a bridge between the Earth and Space, from where we came and where, according to the teachings of Tsiolkovsky, we will definitely return, having passed our path along the roads of Eurasia.

A well-known scientist in the field of energy systems and the author of a new science - energology - the science of energy as one of the three components of the world triad - matter - energy and information.
On his way, the author went from a scientific collaborator and head of a large branch electro-energetic institute in Siberia to the chairman of the subcommittee on energy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and the deputy Minister of Energy of Russia.
Then - after leaving public service in 1998, he created the Institute of Energy Strategy from scratch and still heads it. During this time, he was the head of working groups for the formation of ES-2010, ES-2020, and ES-2030 as the most important strategic documents for the development of Russian energy.
In recent years, his role has been energy philosophy and its energy-space application to the historical fate of Russia.

This edition is an updated edition of the author's fundamental work, some chapters of which were published as articles starting from the mid-1990s, as well as a summary of subsequent monographs on this topic, including the Eurasian energy civilization and the path of Russia to a cosmo-planetary civilization. These monographs, prepared in collaboration with the author and under his editorship, as well as numerous publications (articles and presentations) over the past 25 years, including the author's 5-volume "Energy of Russia" (2012-2021), develop the main provisions of the monograph "Energy and the Fate of Russia", the first edition of which was published in 2015, and the second edition - in 2017 and became a bibliographic rarity. Therefore, an attempt was made to summarize the author's numerous works (with references to joint collegial research) and present the author's vision of the future of Russia and the "Russian world" as a passionate (energy-saturated) objective cosmoplanetary phenomenon.
The distinctive feature of the author's view of the historical fate of Russia (in contrast to many traditional and non-traditional versions of the history of our country) is an energy approach to historical dynamics. It includes both the natural energy potential and the passion of the Russian people, and the structural feature of Russian society, including the spirit of collectivism and statehood as reflections of energy manifestations of the cosmos.
Starting with the presentation of his own version of the energy-space (holographic) formation of humanity and its migration paths from the pole to the south of Eurasia along meridional energy channels and latitudinal faults of the earth's crust, the author presents his "reflections" on the paths of the formation of the Slavic-Aryan, and then Russian civilization and culture.
At the same time, civilization and culture are considered as ways of mastering energy (ci - the general concept of energy), forming a socio-humanitarian energy potential (cult - to cultivate).

Rus and Russia are a repeated integration of the forest and steppe peoples of Eurasia in the history based on natural potential, energy-informational unity, and spiritual cosmic principle.
This is its strength and its historical destiny.
