The book describes the unique material on endoscopic diagnostics and surgical treatment of nasal lycvoreans accumulated by the authors over the past 20 years, the applied aspects of the nasal cavity anatomy and the incomplete sinuses, the physiology of the formation system and the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid. In an accessible form, the features of the surgical treatment of various forms of the disease are described, while special attention was paid to the previously considered casuistic and frequently combined with the formation of the meningoencefalocene, the spontaneous form of nasal lycvoreans, which develops in the presence of intracranial hypertension and hidden defects of the skull, such as the Sternberg Persian Channel. The final section of the book provides an overview of the materials used for the plastic closure of liquor fistulas of the front cranial fossa, describes the features of the anesthesiological provision of intrainum operations on the basis of the skull and postoperative patient management.
