The register for the endoprosthetics of the hip joints is an information technological system containing information about surgical joints of joint endoprosthetics, information about patients, data on the endoprostheses used, as well as data on distant medical and social consequences of operations performed. The tasks of this register are the collection, processing, analysis of information on operations for prosthetics of the hip joints, assessment of the survival of various types of endoprostheses, analysis of functional outcomes in operated patients with the help of assessment shirts, systematization of accumulated data, statistical analysis of data on the treatment of patients, identifying endoprosthetics, evaluation advantages and disadvantages of various methods of endoprosthetics, analysis of complications after operations. The national register is the cooperation of all trauma - orthopedic hospitals and private clinics that perform joints of joints subordinate to state healthcare institutions. The monograph sets out the process of creating registers on the endoprosthetics of the hip joints in various countries of the world (including in Russia) and a comparative assessment of their activities. The author gives a functional assessment of the condition of patients after the endoprosthetics of the hip joints. Of particular interest is the section on the clinical aspects of these operations, since the mentioned registers solve in their work many clinical problems that determine the results of the treatment. The author attributes to important clinical problems: the normovement of the swivel component, endoprosthetics for aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, bloodless fixation methods, alloy endoprostheses, robotic endoprosthesis, fixation of the edged component of endoprosthesis, operations of wear (catbris), and the coating of hydroxyapatitis.
