In the book of Academician V.K. Leontyev for the first time in world literature shows and substantiated a biocybernetic model of the composition, structure and properties of the enamel of teeth.
Based on information about chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, enamel genetics It is proved that as a result of the processes of self-organization, self-assembly, self-regulation and self-government - the main principles of biocybernetics - in the enamel of the teeth, the primary structure (hierarchical level) is spontaneously formed. To further growth, development and interaction with other tissues of the body, to maintaining its composition and properties necessary to perform genetically defined functions.
The book put forward a hypothesis that such hierarchical levels are available in all living tissues and they are based on biocybernetic principles. This refers to the least studied level of cell and intercellular organization, where the elements of the nervous, blood, lymphatic and hormonal systems do not have their own structures (representative offices) At this level, only cybernetic principles are capable of performing the role of biological tissues, structures and their functions intended by genetics
