The main elements and radio components used to create circuits and nodes of electronic devices are detailed. Attention is paid to issues that are not sufficiently covered in the literature to understand the processes occurring in semiconductor materials and devices based on them. Information on the technology of manufacturing semiconductor microcircuits for modern electronics is presented.
This material is intended for students of technical specialties in universities and colleges, in the educational programs of which the study of sections of analog and digital electronics, conversion technology, and the basics of circuitry is provided. It may also be useful for high school students during career guidance sessions at technical creativity centers such as 'Quantoriums' and 'Sirius' when preparing for scientific and technical conferences.
