Ein Yaakov (Source Yaakova) is a collection of Talmudic Agada (texts not legislative), compiled at the beginning of the XVI century r. Varnish Ben Shlomo Ibn-Habib and the compiler accompanied by commentary. In the Jewish world, Ein Yaakov was awarded such popularity that rarely falls into a share of any book. Until the middle of the 20th century, he endured more than a hundred editions, dozens of comments were compiled.
