"These memoirs are devoted to the memory of my most dear friend with whom I fulfilled my cherished dream. He was the only one with whom I wanted to go this path.

A few years after George Michael"s untimely departure, his close friend Andrew Ridzhley decided to write memoirs about the creation of this of the most successful duets of the world - Wham! Their success for many years ahead has generated fashion for romantic Boyz-bends in pop music.
Andrew Ridzhli recalls the whole story of their friendship and conscientious creativity with George Michael: from the recording of the first demo in the living room to a dizzying performance on Top of the Pops, from the first meeting at the last concert at Wembley. Both of them were the sons of emigrant fathers, both adored music and dreamed of doing only it. This passion lifted them to the top and gave us such hits as Last Christmas, Careless Whisper, Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, Everything She Wants and others.
Although the history of the duet was short -lived, Wham! They managed to conquer not only Europe and the United States, but also Asia, sold more than 30 million copies of their records and more than once rose to the tops of the world charts. This is a success story, which is based on talent, devotion to the beloved business and a strong friendship that can overcome all hardships.
