The manual is intended for Chinese philologists who come to Russia for annual training and seek to get acquainted with the most important moral and aesthetic values of Russian literature. The manual is designed for 34 audit hours, as well as for independent work of students. The book covers the period of Russian literature of the XII - the first half of the XIX century and considers its vertexes. Each era is represented by fragments of several works, their literary analysis, as well as a system of questions and tasks that should help students understand the problems of works. For the convenience of work, each section is equipped with a Russian-Chinese dictionary. A brief cultural commentary is aimed at expanding country -adoption. The post-text lexical and graphic tasks due to the multiple repetition of vocabulary and grammatical models contribute to the assimilation of language material and informative content of the text. The application gives translations into the Chinese language of excerpts from the Word of Igor’s Regiment, as well as poetic works of Pushkin and Lermontov. Additional tasks contain materials for comparative analysis, designed to compare the works of Russian and Chinese literature.
