The training manual considers a complex of theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the identification of problems and determining the prospects for the formation and implementation of the state of effective information policy, adequate to modern challenges and megatrends, one of which is the strengthening of global media resistance. Particular attention is paid to the intra- and foreign policy priorities of the Russian Federation in the information sphere, as well as the possibilities of Russian society and the state to neutralize the corresponding threats and minimize risks. Specific examples of information warfare operations are analyzed, including those directed against Russia, and technologies for counteraction to them.
