The book contains the results of the first study of the complexity of the formation of the new Russia. It is aimed at finding not obvious sources of the existing state of Russia and the appropriate vector of its change in a qualitatively new, humanistically oriented state. It was not an accident of alternating in the history of Russia of mass injuries and the rise in the life of the population and society, their dependence on the contradictory interactions of the managerial and performing layers of the population. The typology of the civilian culture of interactions is justified, the expediency of composite collecting and creative culture as the prerequisite of Russia"s evolution to the society of real humanism is shown. Such evolution is possible through the All -Ghradian self -cosiness through the well -known channels of socialization (school, the media, the network of the Knowledge Society, etc) Upon receipt of these results, the author used the anthroposociocultural approach that he developed, which specifies the principle of anthroposociocultural evolutionism and constructive-realistic potential of the principle
