The gender theory of the subject, which distinguishes the new philosophical design of subjectivity-gender marked subjectivity (on the basis of gender as a social sex), arises in Western philosophy and philosophical anthropology in the late 80s-early 90s of the XX century (T. de Lauretis, J. . Batler, E. Gross, I.K. Sadzhvik, J. Scott) This is new along with the post -colonial and compared with the postmodern theory of the subject in modern philosophy and philosophical anthropology, corresponding to the new interdisciplinary field of philosophical anthropology - gender research. The gender theory of the subject ensures criticism of the patriarchal tradition in philosophy, the conceptual basis of which is the logic of binary oppositions, in which the male is the subject, and the female is an object, and the likelihood of apparently the priority of the ration -logo is inextricably linked with the priority of the male principle and its inherent attributes inherent in it and characteristics.
