Sociological renexans: about how it was actually and how it was not

Book A.S. Kapto was prepared at the UNESCO Department in the Social and Humanities under the RAS RAS in the framework of the project "Arguments of Truth", implemented by the department of political analysis and strategic assessments of the institute (state assignment No. 29) The problems of institutionalization of domestic sociology as an independent scientific discipline, overcoming its international isolationism are considered. Theoretical and methodological issues of reviving sociology in the labyrinths of intellectual maneuvering, as well as its falsification as manifestations of post-truths, have been identified.
