The development of the educational program in the Russian language of basic general education ends with the mandatory state final certification in the Russian language. The manual presents the examination models of the oral part of the OGE in the Russian language, aimed at the formation of skills to read the text that contains information about prominent people of the past and modernity, retelling the text with the involvement of additional information (with the inclusion of quote), and build a coherent monological statement according to one of the selected Thus, based on the plan, enter into a dialogue with the examiner-senior.
