Dictation is one of the types of training in a competent letter to consolidate skills and test students" knowledge. The dictation quickly and clearly shows the level of assimilation by schoolchildren of educational material. The shortest way to literacy is the writing of dictations.
The manuals offers training explanatory and commented dictations for repeating and consolidating spelling in the 3rd grade on all basic topics. After the student learned and worked out one or another topic, it is very useful to give him a dictation so that he independently finds mistakes, correct and work them. 5) At the end of the book, answers are given for self -testing. The student independently checks and evaluates his work.
