A collective monograph is a scientific generalization of the theory and practice of teaching foreign languages in a language university. The conceptual basis of the proposed approach to teaching any foreign language as a specialty is a cognitive-communicative global-oriented technique based on "methodological multilingualism". The book reveals the progress and gradual formation of foreign competencies in a language university, the laws of planning and conducting classes on the practice of language and the possibility of professionalization of practical classes, starting from the first course, are determined.
