The monograph analyzes the prejudicial form of employment, most accurately reflecting the essence of the socio -economic situation of people in comparison with previously used concepts that characterized the employment of this kind - non -standard, informal, etc. The authors show that in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution and the sixth technological structure, the poka -based employment becomes characteristic of the contradictory state of labor, the all kinds of production workers on the dictate of employers. The study is based on statistical and sociological data obtained as a result of large-scale surveys of 2014-2015. And especially 2018-2020, which showed that pardon employment becomes a characteristic feature of all spheres of society, and not just production, while the pre-coating state of employees extends to the entire way of lifestyle and lifestyle.
