Professional Ethics for Lawyers. Textbook

The proposed textbook reveals such problems as the specifics of ethics, especially its applied part, the place and role of morality in society, the ratio of morality and law, the features of various ethical ideas and concepts, the multidimensionality of basic ethical categories and moral values, varieties of professional ethics, moral foundations Rights, features of the professional ethics of employees of legal professions. Particular attention is paid to the worldview and spiritual and moral grounds of legal science and practice.
The textbook is fully consistent with the new standards of higher education in the direction of "jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) "bachelor") and prepared by the faculty of the MGUA named after O. E. Kutafin, who developed the programs of the basic disciplines of the basic part of the new standard.
