The performing skill of the orchestral team of any of the existing directions depends on the level of professional viability of each of the musicians. Subject to their skillful interaction with colleagues in the ensemble-instrumental group and the balanced subordination of the ensemble actions of these groups, which make up the orchestra.
In this work, the specifics of the phased formation of the orchestra-performer with the characteristic features of each stage of development, their continuity, complementarity and significance in the development of collective performance skills are considered.
