The state is one of the most important inventions of mankind. Civilization up to the present day for almost everything that it has, should be grateful to the state. The problem is that it is for everything: including what the human world is on the threshold, and maybe on the verge of a large-scale catastrophe.
The global social space needs transformation - such a level of reformatting that the maximum number of cells of the world matrix is filled with positive contents. The power, transferred once to the state, should be on the local and global scale between the management system and society.
Without the direct participation of society in their own fate, it will not be possible to decide the issue of improving human being. And in order not to be in the wake of events and not to become a helpless observer of objective processes, changes are needed both in the state and society themselves, and in their relations
