Leadership. Textbook

The study of the course Leadership is associated with an increasing request to the formation and disclosure of human leadership potentials. The presented textbook allows this work in a targeted way. It summarizes and systematizes the world experience in the development of the theory and practice of leadership, the classification of the types of leaders, the issues of practical use in the leadership scenarios of personal qualities of a person are considered, and the methodology for developing command strategies and command construction is proposed. The distinguishing features of the proposed program are its adaptability in relation to the sociocultural context of the life of Russian society and a strong connection with the task of preparing the future generation of leaders in the interests of the Russian state.
Each of the sections of the textbook is accompanied by practical tasks, the solution of which develops the skills of human self -knowledge in the future of the development of leadership potentials and an understanding of the variability of leaders strategies.
It is primarily focused on the preparation of bachelors studying in the pedagogical areas of training, but it can also act as a basic source in preparation at the course Leadership as part of the undergraduate in the humanitarian direction and direction of society
