The book of an outstanding Soviet specialist in the field of rationalization of labor, a major state and public figure A.K. Gastev (1882-1939) contains his classical work on the scientific organization of labor. The central part of the book is the monograph "Labor attitudes"--one of the main scientific works of Gastev, which in detail sets out the methodology of training in labor techniques, developed at the Central Institute of Labor, and its theoretical justification is given.
