This collection continues the author’s tradition to publish the most significant articles in the form of collections (2004, 2009, 2013, 2017) The book includes selected articles published in the period from 2017 to 2019. It reflects the most significant themes for the author: reflections on the normality of crime and other negative deviant manifestations (drunkenness, narcoticism, prostitution, suicide) that exist throughout human history, crime and deviation in the modern world of postmodern, one of the main contradictions of our time - ensuring - ensuring the ensuring - ensuring security or freedom and human rights.
