From precarious employment to the precarization of life

In monographs based on all-Russian sociological research 2014-2021. It is shown that praise becomes a characteristic feature of all spheres of society - economic, social, political, cultural and everyday. PROKED employment of workers is increasingly applying to the whole way and the way of their life. In the way of life, people are reflected in the specificity of the state and tendencies of the development of the human potential and its compliance with both the objective laws of the development of production and the real socio-economic policy, the prevailing practice of management, mostly focused on making maximum profit. The study demonstrates that the pond employment exacerbates the inconsistency of the work of the employees, when they are far from always and/or not fully taken into account their social needs and interests, resulting in a deterioration in the quality of their life.
