The attention of the readers is proposed to the Book of the Doctor of Philological Sciences I.T. Zograph, which characterizes the Chinese literary language of Venignan at the end of the 19th - early XX centuries, its features are considered in comparison with the classic ancient Chinese language. In this work, Venyan first became the subject of special scientific consideration. The book consists of two parts: the first part is dedicated to the syntax of Wennyan, the second - official and semi -service words. The book uses Russian transcription that reflects the reading of hieroglyphs in modern Beijing pronunciation.
