The textbook written by Chinese and Russian authors is designed for beginners and is designed to teach to communicate on various topics in situations related to staying in China on a business visit. Students learn to communicate in Chinese from the very first classes, in parallel with the assimilation of the fundamental basics and other aspects of the language. Each lesson teaches to read, listen and speak in a single complex of interconnected tasks. At first, the textbook first teaches reading and understanding of short texts mainly in transcription, with a partial support for hieroglyphics, and the transition to reading in the hieroglyphs occurs gradually and "painlessly". The description of the hieroglyphs is considered as a separate part of the lesson, since the gradation of the difficulties of writing does not completely coincide with the gradation of lexical and grammatical material. Each of the 36 lessons is designed for 4-6 hours of audit classes and for the performance of available homework.
The textbook follows the cognitive-communicative approach. All the material is explained taking into account the discrepancies in Russian and Chinese, and each new language phenomenon is brought into speech. Memorization of the material is ensured by its systematization, communicative-oriented training exercises, involving students in the adoption of semantic decisions. And the sequence of lesson tasks itself creates the conditions for training control and self -control.
Thanks to the gradation of difficulties, explaining the features of the use of vocabulary and syntactic structures, the phono -recording of texts, the textbook acquires some features of the tutorial, that is, allows you to independently understand the missed material and practice its use
