The proposed educational kit - the first stage of the basic level of study of the Chinese language - includes a textbook (in which you can also find additional materials compared to the original publication) and the audio application.
Each of the sixteen lessons contains texts, new words and expressions, exercises on the substitution of words and to correct the deliberately made errors, on an independent composition of phrases. Each block of two lessons begins with exercises for warm -up and ends with a generalizing section for repeating and controlling the studied. In the lexical and grammatical section, the grammatical material of the textbook with detailed comments and examples is formulated in the usual way for Russian-speaking students. An additional dictionary is presented, allowing students to prepare for the HSK 4 exam. Keys for most exercises are given, as well as translating texts.

The full course of Boya consists of four levels: it consists of four levels: the initial (two parts, 1,500 lexical units, corresponds to the level of development of the Chinese language for passing the HSK 3, 4 exam), the base (two parts, 3000 lexical units, HSK 5), average (two parts, 5000 lexical units, HSK 6) and advanced (Three parts, 10,000 lexical units, the development of the Chinese language at the native level)
Boya is the result of many years of work of experts at the University of Beijing. The publication in Russian was trained by specialists of the Eastern Faculty of St. Petersburg State University, taking into account the experience of the traditions of teaching the Chinese language in Russia. Compared to the original textbook, the Russian edition is significantly supplemented by grammatical comments, new exercises, a dictionary and exercises
