A scientific explanation of the intervals, chords, major and minor, tonality and frets. The historical development of musical storage from Pythagorean to microchromatics. Approaches to creating music of fundamentally new directions

Most books on musical theory are built on the following principle: there is a set of notes, there are combinations of these notes --- intervals and chords, we will see how composers used these combinations of different centuries, directions and styles, and how we can work with them . What gives this approach? Most often, he gives rise to a set of rules spreading from style to style, from era to era. In addition, even within the framework of one direction from the rule there are many exceptions. In fact, no theory, in the full sense of the word, arises, but a set of judgments with a very foggy connection between themselves, with a mass of exceptions and contradictions, is obtained.
A feature of the approach stated in the "construction of musical systems" is that notes are not taken for granted. As a basis is the physical nature of sound, based on which notes are built. The physical nature of sound is- this is an objective reality. It does not change due to any new creative discoveries or a new view of the "nature of musical". Based on it, you can see that all the phenomena that arise in music are built into a single logical system. Explanations of musical constructions cease to rely on subjective perception, approximate and controversial conclusions, the relationship of various musical phenomena becomes more visual, an understanding of the possible ways of further development of music arises.
What is the practical meaning of such a theory? This meaning can be compared with the meaning of the theory of prospects in painting, or, say, Mendeleev’s tables in chemistry. The construction of a common base in these cases gave a powerful impulse to the development of these areas in the very practical sense. A holistic understanding of musical processes will make it possible for both amateur musicians and professional composers at a fundamentally different level to approach the process of creating or analyzing musical works.
Reading does not require special knowledge either in the field of physics or mathematics or in the field of music. All terms are introduced and explained sequentially
