This monograph is devoted to the analysis of parallelism and the translation into the Russian language of the elected Tan poems. The analysis of parallelism is based on the syntactic analysis of all lines of the poem at the level of phrases from small to large. Such an analysis allows you to classify parallelism according to various parameters, in particular, in the direction, in the degree, according to the position of parallel fragments in relation to Cesure. A new way of classifying tank poems according to the degree of syntactic parallelism is proposed.
Syntactic analysis of all lines of the poem from small to large acts as the basis for performing its prosaic translation into Russian. The translator has the opportunity to rely less on translations into modern Chinese, paying more attention to the analysis of the first-sister. Prose translation allows you to express the meaning of the pioneer poem as accurately as possible.
At the second stage, the prosaic translation is transmitted to the poet, who gives him a rhyme and rhythm, performing an artistic translation. At the same time, two goals are achieved at the same time: 1) the meaning of the pioneer poem is preserved as much as possible and 2) the translation satisfies the aesthetic requirements of the widest circle of Russian readers.
The book is recommended for senior students of linguistic universities studying the Chinese language, teachers giving lectures on the discipline “Classical Chinese Wennyan”, and graduate students who are engaged in the study of tank poetry
