A richly illustrated album will introduce you to the life and creativity of the famous French artist of the XIH century, Eduar Mane, close to impressionists.
A bright French artist Eduar Manne passed with anyone with no one comparable path in art. In 1867, when his work was not allowed to the Paris World Exhibition, the artist organized his own, in the catalog to which he expressed his credo: Mr. Mana ... never claimed to destroy the former painting or create a new one. He just wanted to be himself, and not anyone else. The life and creativity of the artist are a confirmation of his views. He was the inspiration of his friends who became famous as impressionists since 1874.
Power for Mana were the canvas" breakfast on the grass and "Olympia", in which the classical themes were combined with contemporaries presented on them. Both paintings were distinguished by the novelty ideology and artistic performance, but caused a squall of insults of official criticism and indignation of the Paris public. The artist actively worked at the Plenueler, interested in the finds of Claude Monet and Auguste Renoara, wrote pictures in an impressionist style. According to Mane"s views, I was close to Impressionists, but did not participate in their exhibitions, because for myself I considered it fundamental to present my paintings in the cabin
