Eddie Rinner is one of the most mysterious figures of domestic pop and jazz: Native Berlinet, a jazz virtuoso of pre-war European, the first star of Polish and Belarusian Swing, the first real showman in the USSR. In the Soviet Union, his name and music fell under the ban twice - at the end of the forties and early seventies. It is not surprising that we still know very little about this outstanding musician. Lifely legends were composed about it. Contemporaries remember him as idilation styles and a pet for women, a tireless storyteller and a person with a complex and adventurous character, Balovna Fortune and the eternal Skaltole.
Who was he really? Where did he come to the Soviet Union? What peripetia had to go through the one who else in his youth called the "White Armstrong"? The book will answer these questions. She entered the memories of the singer Nina Brodsky, the testimony of colleagues, friends and close brilliant trumpets.
