The monograph is devoted to understanding the theory and practices of labor protection. It is shown that it is the element of the entire system of economic management. This determines the complexity of labor protection management, as well as the condition of working conditions. The level of working conditions is formed under the influence of many factors, the most important of which are outside the sphere of direct labor protection by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.
It is shown that the features of the social and labor relations of the scope of labor protection are largely due to the fact that the subject of these relations is an employee - on the one hand, a labor resource, a factor of economic development, but, on the other hand, at the same time a subject of social development, The satisfaction of the growing spiritual and material needs of which is the target installation of social production. The double role of a person worker causes difficulties in solving many management problems, this is especially noticeable in the development of the source and size of the funds necessary for the root improvement of working conditions, as well as in assessing the effectiveness of improving working conditions.
