This collection is compiled from the extraction of the regulatory framework for ecology - the university subject, mandatory for study.
The collection presents the basic concepts of ecology and its components, the concepts of sanitary and epidemiological legislation and its norms, the environmental principles of rational use of natural resources and nature conservation. The considered legislation presents monitoring, classification, methods for monitoring the state of environmental pollution under the RF legislative framework. The collection also examines the economic mechanisms of nature conservation, inventories of natural resources, their financing and logistical support, as well as fees for the use of natural resources, objects of the animal world, the norms of these permits. The collection also covers the basis of environmental law, environmental protection facilities (POPS): natural objects, natural resources, natural complexes, legal responsibility for environmental offenses - disciplinary punishments, administrative, criminal liability. Environmental standardization and certification, examination and audit, extremely important for specialists of any profile, are also presented in the legislative acts under consideration.
