Recommendations for restoration and preventive measures and correction of the training process in adverse climatic conditions of highly qualified athletes and disabled athletes are developed and scientifically substantiated. For the first time, material on energy of muscle activity, in training (or competitions) in the zones of hot and humid climate and the methods of pharmacological, physical correction, taking into account age, gender and functional state. The methods of assessing the functional state of training athletes are settled, in adverse climatic conditions, taking into account biorhythms.
