The book is devoted to echocardiography (ECOCG) - the most important non-invasive method of medical visualization used by cardiologists in everyday practical activity, and is designed to help the reader in the assimilation of knowledge of ultrasonic anatomy and the study of the heart in the norm and in its various diseases, as well as after the cordial valve prosthesis. The traditional course of Ehokg in the book is divided into three sections: common, special and final.
The book discusses the physico-technical basis of EchoCG without excessive detail, which may make it difficult to assimize the clinical material, the technique of carrying out transducer and percussion EchoCG and its main modes: M-mode, two- and three-dimensional EhCG, Doppler study with all its options , in particular, continuous-wave doppler, impulse-wave, fabric doppler, color and energy doppler mapping. Clinical situations are dealt with, frequently allowable errors and causes of incorrect interpretation of the results. The echocardiographic diagnosis of typical urgent states observed in the practice of a cardiologist and an internet is described.
