In this edition, the early works of the outstanding French metaphysician René Guénon (1886–1951) are presented in full for the first time. In each of them, he harshly criticizes numerous false teachings that have flourished in Western Europe, masquerading as ancient traditions. At the same time, having acquired secret knowledge about Eastern traditions, the philosopher firsthand tries to convey to his readers the fundamental principles of these spiritual teachings.
